Shipping & Handling 

Due to COVID-19, processing & shipping may vary. We are improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 4-6 day delay in processing your orders.

Processing/shipping policy (Excludes weekends & Holidays).

• For bundles and accessories, allow 1-3 days for processing & 3-7 days for shipping. Please note: Raw hair can take up to 2-3 weeks of processing time.
• For fashion accessories, allow 1-3 days for processing & 7-30 days for shipping, depending on special orders. Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach the destination countries. 
• Processing time for bundles and accessories is 2-5 business days (depending on your order.) RAW HAIR CAN TAKE UP TO 2-3 WEEKS OF PROCESSING TIME.
• We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS/FedEx to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once carrier pickup.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CUSTOM WIG ORDERS: NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

• All custom wig orders will ship via 2-3 day shipping after processing time.
• Processing time for wig orders is 2-3 weeks. DUE TO HIGH VOLUME: wig orders could take 4-6 weeks. Make sure you order ahead of time if you have any events planned. Shipping dates may vary or differ due to high volume! You will get your order & it will be worth the wait! A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS CAN CAUSE DELAYS.
